Return And Refund Policy

www.synergypharmacy.lk, we ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products and service. We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications www.synergypharmacy.lk will not be able to refund the purchase value instead of replacing the  ordered products due to the below issues

 

  1. The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit
  2. Item(s) received with factory defects are returnable within 3 days of the purchase date.
  3. The ordered item(s) is past its expire date.

 

Further, if you have received an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product(s), please notify Synergy Pharmacy Customer Support immediately receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that www.synergypharmacy.lk will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us during the collection of Order either by calling to 033 2248788 or  returning to the delivery person at the time of delivery.

We believe that customer is liable for verifying the products prior to the collection of the order on its accuracy & Condition.
